Elon Musk’s brain chip company Neuralink has just received over 200 million dollars from Google, Dubai’s VY Capital, and Peter Thiel’s Founders Fund. The goal of Neuralink is to implant microchips into people’s brains so their brains are able to connect to phones and computers.
Musk isn’t just using the chips for fun either; he plans to implant the wireless computer chips into people’s brains who suffer from neurological disorders like dementia, Alzheimer’s, and spinal cord injuries in order to restore their minds back to new.
Neuralink essentially will be neural implants that are connected to AI (artificial intelligence) which would then give humans mind to control machines and computers.
Great, after the investment of 205 million dollars of Neuralink from a group of investors something big is expected. According to Bloomberg, the volume of the investment is the largest in the history of venture capital investments in the development of neurointerfaces

Many are skeptical of the new technology because there could be a breach in security which would lead to a person’s brain chip being hacked. If someone’s brain is hacked, there’s no telling what a person under literal mind control would be capable of doing.
Also, some people are fearful of allowing companies like Google to have access to their minds. Just think about it: if your brain is connected to the internet, then essentially your eyes and your ears could be used to collect data for Google or other tech companies.
This could be used to make their AI (artificial intelligence) smarter which then in return could create smarter AGI (artificial general intelligence) which could lead to the moment of singularity.
Neuralink Has Been Tested on a Monkey
Earlier in the year, Neuralink released a video of a monkey with an implanted brain chip playing video games with his mind. In the video, the monkey is using a controller that’s unplugged which resulted in the monkey’s brain signals being sent to the computer interface.
According to CNBC the monkey doesn’t know he’s playing the game with his mind, but the scientists at Neuralink sure do. Watch the monkey play “pong” yourself:

The Dangers of Technological Singularity
The term “technological singularity” was brought to the mainstream by Ray Kurzweil in his book when humans transcend biology. In the book, Kurzweil explains that the moment of singularity will be when artificial intelligence is greater than human intelligence.
This could then create a new civilization with rapid technological advances. Engineers and scientists believe that genetic engineering, life extension technology, quantum computing, AI, nanotechnology, human-animal hybrids, mind uploading, advanced energy technology could all lead to the technological singularity.
Although the term “technological singularity” is a fairly new term, the idea has been around since IJ Good in 1965 wrote about a future where an intelligence explosion would occur.
The explosion would result in super-intelligent humans creating super-intelligent technology that would in return create smarter technology; the cycle would continue until there are no more technological advances to create.
If we look at history there has been a major increase in technology; just look at how far we have come from the 1900s! There are even scientists working for Big Tech companies trying to seek eternal life outside of God.
They believe that they can live forever if they are able to keep advancing AI and biological technology. Many Christians are concerned about scientists and engineers aiming to create a moment of the singularity because in the book of Daniel, it’s written “when knowledge increases” so will be the end.
