The former CEO of Barclays is in hot water after an investigation revealed he exchanged over 1,200 emails with convicted pedophile Jeffery Epstein. Jes Staley, who was the CEO of Barclays, reportedly sent over 1,200 emails to Jeffery Epstein within a four-year period.
Just think about that: 1,200 emails within a four-year time period is an insane amount of emails. It’s not just the amount of emails that’s concerning for investigators; it’s the content, too.
In some of the emails, Staley and Epstein would use code phrases such as “snow white.” Most of their emails were regarding articles and business, but they also had conversations about hanging out and drinking.
The emails were exchanged between 2008 and 2012. This is not good for Staley’s reputation, considering Epstein was convicted for sexually abusing a 14-year-old girl and sentenced to 18 months in jail, but only served 13 months.
Epstein’s weak sentence was deemed as the infamous “sweetheart deal.” Many people believe the sentence was given to Epstein because he was going to spill the beans on high-profile celebrities and political officials if he avoided a harsher sentence.
In 2019, Epstein was charged yet again for human sex trafficking of minors, but before he underwent trial, he was found dead in his jail cell.

Why Staley’s Emails are Being Investigated
According to the New York Post, UK regulators have been investigating Staley’s emails because of his contact with convicted pedophile Jeffery Epstein.
Investigators hired on behalf of the Financial Conduct Authority are unsure what the reference of “snow white” means, but we can all imagine what it means.
Staley not only exchanged emails with Epstein, but he also hung out with the disgraced financier at his private island in the Caribbean. Things get even stranger, though; Staley even allowed his daughter to be mentored by Epstein for her college application.
Other High Profile Leaders Who Had Relationships With Epstein
Bill Clinton has reportedly flown on Jeffery Epstein’s private jet on several occasions. When Epstein’s flight log leaked a year ago, Bill Clinton’s name was was listed on several dates.
Bill Clinton wasn’t the only one, though; Bill Gates privately went out to dinner with Epstein on several occasions. Gates claimed he was only meeting up with Epstein in order to get Epstein’s connections to philanthropists, though.
Multiple reports even claimed Melinda Gates was furious with Bill for meeting up with Epstein against her wishes.

Prince Andrew is getting sued for allegedly having sex with one of Epstein’s masseuses. Virginia Roberts, 38, claims Prince Andrew sexually assaulted her when she was 17 years old on Jeffery Epstein’s private island in the Caribbean.
