Prince Harry and His Wife Meghan Have a New $40 Million Podcast Deal

Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle have a new major podcast deal with Spotify. The recently-announced deal is worth a reported $26.9 to $40.4 million. The podcast will apparently be focused on “uplifting and entertaining stories” according to the royal couple.

So Much for Staying Out of the Spotlight

Despite saying that they left the UK to stay out of the spotlight, Harry and Meghan have given a number of interviews, such as a recent one in which Harry said COVID-19 is “Mother Nature’s” revenge for climate change and wondered what if people were all like “raindrops.”

Meghan, who is a formerly famous American actress, has also done voiceover work for the Disney+ channel and Harry and her signed a deal with Netflix this summer to make “impactful” films and shows on the streaming service.

Both Meghan and Harry share “woke” progressive political and social views, and had even announced that they weren’t going to “assign” a gender to their baby boy Archie before his birth.

According to a trailer for the podcast, Harry says the audio sessions will “bring forward different perspectives and voices that perhaps you haven’t heard before” and Meghan says they’ll be focused on celebrating “kindness and compassion”.

Spotify: Harry and Meghan’s ‘Power’ is That They are ‘Citizens of the World’

In an Orwellian statement, Spotify Chief Content Officer Dawn Ostroff said that:

“The Duke and Duchess of Sussex may live in California, but the power of their voices rests in their status as citizens of the world.” It’s starting to sound as if this podcast is sponsored by the United Nations or something.

The first episode of the new podcast will be out in December and be about “stories of hope and compassion from inspirational guests” and the first full podcasts will start coming out next year.

Meghan has been especially busy, investing in an expensive vegan oat-milk business called Clevr Blend that was promoted for free on Instagram by her LA neighbor Oprah Winfrey soon after Meghan’s investment. According to a source connected to the royal family, Meghan was also the main one behind the Spotify gig.

“Meghan was the driving force behind the deal. She was incredible in the meetings with executives and had a clear vision of what they as a couple have to offer,” the source said. “Spotify’s whole business plan is to acquire the world’s most talked about celebrities in one place and Harry and Meghan fit the bill entirely. It’s a win win scenario.”

It’s certainly clear who wears the pants in the family.

Getting Rich off the Royal Family Brand

Meghan and Harry are getting rich off the Sussex royal family brand. After saying they were done with the spotlight and the drama of royal life, they simply relocated to a mansion in LA to score money and spout their woke politics at Americans.

It’s hard to imagine how greedy and attention-hungry you have to be to not be satisfied with already being famous and having a young son but also have to now unload your woke progressive nonsense into millions of people’s homes via Netflix, Spotify and even their breakfast cereal.

We can only hope that Harry and Meghan and satisfied with leaving good enough alone and don’t try to move on from their podcast and upcoming movie productions to try to force some kind of Green New Deal of their own on everyone through charitable foundations. It’s worrisome to have two people with such silly politics receiving so much money and power. Who elected them anyway?
