Unsealed Document Reveals Jeffery Epstein Paid Prince Andrew Accuser $500,000

A freshly unsealed document from over 12 years ago revealed Jeffery Epstein paid Prince Andrew’s accuser, Virginia Giuffre, over $500,000 in a lawsuit against him, which accused him of sexually abusing her as a teen.

The unsealing of the document comes after Virginia Giuffre filed a lawsuit in August 2021, which claims Prince Andrew sexually abused her when she was a minor.

Giuffre has, on multiple occasions, accused both Jeffery Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell of forcing her to have sex with Prince Andrew when she was just 17 years old.

Prince Andrew denied all allegations; his lawyers are frantically attempting to put away Giuffre’s lawsuit against him at all costs.

More on the Unsealed Document

Prince Andrew filed against Giuffre’s settlement in a desperate attempt to dismiss all accusations against him; within the settlement between Giuffre and Epstein, there’s a clause that states Giuffre cannot sue any of Epstein’s associates.

The unsealed document declares Epstein’s and Giuffre’s settlement states that any second party or anyone else who could be a possible second defendant is discharged from any possible wrongdoing.

So essentially, Prince Andrew’s legal team is stating Giuffre cannot sue Andrew because she already received a payout, and Andrew is protected under Epstein’s first settlement, because he was an associate of Epstein.

Prince Andrew’s name is not mentioned in the settlement, but rather the names of defendants are used.

Details on Virginia Giuffre’s Claims

Virginia Giuffre, who is a US citizen, filed a lawsuit that alleges Prince Andrew sexually assaulted her in London and New York when Virginia was just 17 years old.

The lawsuit specifically states Prince Andrew sexually assaulted Giuffre without her consent at the home of Ghislaine Maxwell in London, in Epstein’s Manhattan townhouse, and on Epstein’s private island, Little St. James.

The lawsuit goes on to state that Giuffre is seeking justice to show the world even princes have to face judgment for the crimes they commit against others.

It appears Prince Andrew’s legal team will delay the legal process as long as they can until the case becomes irrelevant or until a jurisdiction issue arises.

Prince Andrew, in his only interview where he discussed the allegation, claimed the situation never happened and said he has no memory of Giuffre.

Prince Andrew has denied that he ever met Giuffre. However, pictures of the Prince and Giuffre have gone viral in The Sun newspaper.

The Sun also released a photo of Maxwell and Epstein receiving a blessing from the Pope in Rome. The Pope wasn’t the only world figure that met up with Maxwell and Epstein.

Bill Clinton also met up with the couple inside of the White House. Epstein reportedly met up with Clinton up to 17 times while Clinton was president.
