A Detroit woman wanted on multiple fugitive warrants attacked a security guard with a seven-foot metal pole and led police on a foot chase through North Miami Beach after losing her job at a strip club, according to authorities. The incident escalated from a workplace termination to a multi-charge arrest involving battery, assault, and resisting law enforcement.
Violent Confrontation Erupts After Firing
Princess Bell, 23, was terminated from Taboo Miami by G5ive on Monday night following what the club manager described as bizarre behavior and ongoing conflicts with coworkers. Bell returned to collect personal belongings but instead launched into a destructive rampage, hurling objects throughout the building and shouting profanity at staff. Security personnel forcibly removed her from the premises after the outburst intensified. She allegedly grabbed the lengthy metal pole and swung it at a security guard before fleeing the scene.
Police Chase Ends Near Highway Ramp
Bell headed toward a Shell gas station at Northwest Seventh Avenue and 171st Street, where responding officers attempted to detain her. She ignored police commands and fled on foot, triggering a pursuit that ended near the westbound on-ramp of State Road 826 shortly before midnight. Officers apprehended her at approximately 11:50 p.m., but the arrest proved difficult. Bell planted herself on the ground and refused to stand, then provided officers with her sister’s name instead of her own identity. Medical personnel from Miami-Dade Fire Rescue and Jackson Memorial Hospital West evaluated Bell before transport to the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.
Multiple Charges and Outstanding Warrants
Miami-Dade corrections officials booked Bell just after 5:10 a.m. Tuesday on seven separate charges including aggravated battery, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, providing false identification after arrest, and four counts of resisting arrest without violence. Corrections officers held her without bond due to outstanding fugitive warrants from both out of state and out of county jurisdictions. The North Miami Beach Police Department has not yet issued additional comment on the incident or Bell’s prior warrant history.
